I saw the sign for this new Gluten Free Bakery/Prepared Food place as I was driving on Rte 44; it's across from the VW dealer in the right-most building. It's a family business, and on my first visit the son was working; very knowledgeable about all the products and very friendly.  On my second visit the wife/mother was working and equally friendly, with more details on the preparation process.

So far I have had the prepared GF Asian Pasta salad , GF Pita Chips, GF Pizza Dough and GF flatbread.

The Pasta salad was fantastic with edamame and other veggies and prompted visit #2 to get more. The pasta itself is perfect; soft and flavorful with good body; the seasoning was great. I don't often have GF pasta but based on the pasta salad I expect the GF pasta to be excellent. There are a few other pasta salad flavors too.

The Pizza dough comes par-baked and flattened in thin and thick versions and in a ball to do your own. I grilled the par-baked thin and it  had an excellent consistency and flavor, which is tough to find in GF dough.

The GF Pita chips are nicely crisped and seasoned and don't taste GF at all. A great GF crunchy snack by themselves or with cheese or dips.

The GF flatbread was seasoned with garlic and oregano. It is thin, but thick enough to slide in half to make the best GF panini!  This might be my new favorite!

So all in all a great find and a nice local family owned business!  Well worth checking out!

I purchased english muffins from the GF expo on 4-28-19.  I was excited but seriously disappointed.  They were horrible.  I didn't know my tongue had taste buds on that area.
    Waste of money.

Amazing! I found this place by accident. Heaven sent! Everything is delicious. My kids don't have allergies but they love the pitas for their sandwichs.
